As a first-generation entrepreneur, Axel D'Addario understands the value of hard work and faith. After growing up in North Jersey, (25 miles west of Manhattan) he began a career in Real Estate at 18 years of age.  Parallel to the growth of his professional career, he attended New Jersey City University  & graduated with a degree in Finance. Mr. D'Addario was on the founding team of an index created, ultimately launching on the NASDAQ in October of 2017, which is still listed today under the Ticker: NJCU50PR. This is an index created to track the largest 50 publicly traded companies in New Jersey & was underwritten by S&P Global. He was responsible for gathering data and creating the weighted formula tracking the company’s overall brand value, market cap, operating margins, and employment opportunities. 

In 2018, he formed Axe RE & Finance where he blended his passion for numbers and real estate, and created a consulting firm focused on reorganizing the approach to raising capital for real estate developments. Through further advisement, he has raised capital for real estate developments all throughout the tri-state area.

Mr. D’Addario is currently the Chief Revenue Officer of UpTempo Sports, joining an executive team in the creation of the HydraPatch®, a transdermal product designed to deliver essential nutrients directly to the bloodstream for the purpose of solving a global issue in dehydration. As Chief Revenue Officer & minority shareholder, he's been tasked with managing a global sales team including professional athletes and power brokers, with the intent of distributing the HydraPatch® worldwide. He is also responsible for managing the internal process of all intellectual property filings, while working directly with the USPTO to secure registrations and protect our concepts, ideas, and marks in commerce. 

He has also partnered up to create NXT Level Holdings in 2020, a consulting firm focused on making executive connections, and implementing growth strategies for startups focusing on Social Entrepreneurism, Health and Wellness. NXT Level Holdings takes pride in serving clients from concept to exit!

He feels blessed to be connected with leaders in many industries and sectors. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Win This Fight, a Global Anti-Trafficking Organization - working directly with the United Nations with the focus of reaching the UN’s goal of ending human trafficking by 2022. Mr. D’Addario created a program, Support Our Survivors raising over $100,000 for survivors of human trafficking.

He has been seen on CNBC®’s Mad Money with Jim Cramer. He enjoys golf, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
